Steven Billman went from military to millionaire by doing rental arbitrage on Airbnb.

Now he has a mustache and whips donies in a Lambo.

I’m not saying Steven’s a legend, but I’m not not saying it, either.

Steven currently has 17 Airbnb units that collectively bring in $3,895 per day.

Go back a bit, though. It wasn’t always seven figgies and chicken tendies.

After he left the Navy, Steven was sleeping in the back of his truck. He tried day trading, crypto, affiliate marketing, and drop shipping, all to no avail.

Mike Arms Folded

Mike Wagner’s hair flows like the soothing sounds of a babbling brook. There may as well be tranquil piano music twinkling in the background when he walks.

Who knew a man’s mane could be ASMR for your eyes?

Wonder what conditioner he uses.

As a complete noob, Mike turned his first self-storage deal into a $1.5 million payday.

Can ordinary garages create an extraordinary lifestyle for you as well?

They sure can, Mike says, and that’s on God.

Keep reading for my review of The Storage Rebellion Insiders Private Mastermind.

@taylorreneeplunk

Taylor Plunk probably gets the best DMs. Like: I’d swim against the current with a 25-pound dumbbell tied to my wee-wee just to hear you fart through a walkie-talkie. Or whatever.

Taylor replaced her nursing income at age 24 without investing any of her own money.

That’s right, she used to wear scrubs and travel to different hospitals and get paid $25, maybe $30 an hour.

She began to hate it. Felt like a glorified pill pusher. Wasn’t helping patients get to the root cause of their illness.

@milliondollarintrovert

Demeeka Cobb is the founder of Million Dollar Introvert. You know, for those of you who wear AirPods in public, pretending to be listening to something so nobody tries to make small talk with you.

Her company will help you get five deals under contract with their Social Media Autopilot System in 90 days or less. Or you don’t pay.

“If you’re listening to this,” Deemeka says, “it means you’re interested in closing more deals in your real estate business.”

“Million Dollar Introvert is a market-leading real estate coaching program that helps real estate pros just like you leverage their social media and close more deals on autopilot,” she continues.

@dylanblyuss

Dylan Blyuss is over there looking sharper than a samurai sword on sushi night.

Brody says he’d rather become an online closer and make $1- to $4,000 a day selling for other companies than start his own business.

It’s faster, easier, way less risky, and you can profit more while working less.

In fact, the closers that Dylan knows outearn most Fortune 500 CEOs. So store that nugget of knowledge in your brain pantry.

@suprahumanofficial

John Madsen played tight end for a few different NFL teams before quitting to become an entrepreneur.

Now he’s the annoying guy in the YouTube ads rocking Gucci tees, standing in front of his Lamb truck, telling ya how he’s gonna get ya shredded in just a few hours a week.

Of course, this is assuming you’re an “elite businessman” who makes “at least $100k.” Otherwise he doesn’t want you applying for his Suprahuman coaching program, you little peasant.

@thehannahingram

Hannah Ingram got that “check yo self before you wreck yo self” Ice Cube energy.

She bought a car wash when she was only 22 years old.

No employees. It’s open 24/7. And it makes her passive income 365 days a year.

Whether she’s working, eating, exercising, kicking it with friends, traveling someplace tropical, filming TikTok videos, or whatever else, the money’s always trickling in.

Now hundreds of students who’ve taken her course, Buy One Instead (formerly The Passive Playbook), are following suit.

Closed On A Duplex

Young Jae Park works for a clinical pharmacy and invests in real estate on the side.

He knows your pain – had a beer with it just last night.

Maybe you’ve tried to buy a rental property in your local area but everything’s way too expensive and would never cash flow.

So you look at properties 2-3 hours away only to realize nobody wants to rent in that area.

Sound familiar?

Young was waist-deep in that same conundrum until he did the unthinkable.

@patrickdangofficial

Patrick Dang has created the ultimate online sales masterclass. It’s called Sales Legacy.

It’ll show you everything you need to know when it comes to starting and accelerating your sales career before you can hit Skip Intro on a Netflix series.

Whether you’re selling someone else’s products (as an affiliate or high-ticket closer), or your own? Like my birthday to my dad, it does not matter.

This course is jam-packed with insights Patrick gained working at Oracle (in Silicon Valley) back in the day.

@dallinpili

Dallin Pili looking fresher than a mint leaf sandwiched between two ice cubes in a mojito.

Dallin is from his dad’s balls, and also, Provo, Utah. Played linebacker for the University of Utah. Did door-to-door sales for Vivint, selling home security systems.

After that, remote closing.

Then ecom, where he launched a clothing brand called The Real Omega Apparel.

Then digital and social marketing.

A little car rental action.

And now he’s got a company called Omega Automations that builds and scales Amazon FBA, Shopify and Facebook stores for clients.

Collins Ecom

Jacob Collins would rather drop ship than do any other business or start any other side hustle.

The reason why is simple: he can make more money while working (and risking) less.

But it’s all done using an ecommerce secret only 1% of store owners know about.

He’ll teach it to you in a 20-hour course called Collins Ecom, which you can get for just $9.95.

What’s the catch?

Kaleb Mountain

Kaleb McCullough strolls through Medellín like Tony Montana, minus the tiger. Got that “Say hello to my little friend” energy.

Kaleb developed a new sales method that upped his close rate in just 30 days.

This catapulted him to $30k/mo in commissions.

He shared it with the rest of the sales team, and the next month they more than doubled cash collected.

So turn off that When Cocky Fighters Get Destroyed video and listen up. You might learn something.

@itsrafaloza

Rafa Loza is a boutique hotel and short-term rental investor, and the host of The Big Break Show.

He’s got 72 STR units and counting. Oh, and he loves bulldogs.

Rafa’s speciality is Airbnb arbitrage.

So he leases properties long term. Gets ’em set up and beautifully furnished and designed. Rents ’em out on Airbnb for short term stays. Makes a profit on the rent difference.

He wants to show you how to do this in his new course.

Rob Teeth

Robert Oliver (aka Rob The Bank) has the confidence of a damn drag queen. Meanwhile, I’m over here wilting from secondhand embarrassment as I scroll through his Instagram.

I can’t tell if he’s a cowboy or an extra from a 90s rap video, mean mugging the camera with a stack of money the size of a loaf of bread held up to his ear.

He looks like Kev, from Shameless – the one who was married to V and owned the local bar, The Alibi – doesn’t he?

Anyways, read on for my FBA Millionaire Academy review.
