Shobhit Chugh is calling all product managers, especially those wanting a life with the grit and growl of a Harley.
“Let me guess,” Shobhit says. “You’re probably working 10 to 20 hours more than you need to.”
“You’re gaining weight, aging faster than you need to, losing out on the financial rewards that top product managers get,” he continues, mauling my morale like a pack of pit bulls.
“Maybe you feel stuck in your career. Maybe you’re falling behind your peers,” he adds.
“You might be lacking the income, impact, and recognition you desire,” Shobhit acknowledges.
“There is a better way to become a highly respected product leader, and I want to show you how.”
“I’m the founder of Intentional Product Manager, where we help product managers achieve massive growth in their income, impact, and career satisfaction.”
“Just as an example, one of our clients got promoted from director to VP in only three months.”
Here’s a quick overview of what you’ll learn inside the program.
First and foremost, Shobhit explains, you need to set your standards and align your mindset to that goal.
That way, your brain becomes a heat-seeking missile, steering you toward your target, ignoring everything else.
But Shobhit knows what you’re thinking. What if you set your goals too high, right?
“I understand where you’re coming from,” he counters, “but trust me, I have not yet come across one person who I didn’t challenge to think bigger.”
“In fact, let me tell you about another one of our clients.”
“He set his goal at a $300,000 job,” Shobhit remembers.
“He got multiple offers for $200,000 but he kept rejecting them until he hit his goal and landed a job for $305,000.”
So stuff that in your back pocket and sit on it.
The second thing he’ll help you with is building your narrative.
The story of your impact. Something that will skip right past all the BS so you can focus only on what matters most.
What if you’re new to product management? Who are you to do this?
Well, that didn’t stop Shobhit’s client, Chris, from getting promoted to a director role, where he now leads a team of eight product managers.
Last but not least, the third pillar is managing your career like a product.
Get immediate clarity on what you really want to be, what your path is, and then you move forward with energy on the things that matter, right?
And you swat away the things that don’t, like a seven-footer in the NBA.
“My client, Stephen,” Shobhit says, “when he laid out the story of his career and determined what made him unique? He went from senior PM to lead PM and beyond in a matter of weeks. That impact just happened.”
“So look, if you want to get the kind of results that these people are getting, you have to be following the kind of strategies that they are following.”
“And inside Intentional Product Manager, I will walk you through those strategies step by step.”
“So you can follow it, you get it, you understand it, and you know how to apply it today,” Shobhit says as he wraps up his pitch, slaps a bow on it, and sets it under the tree.
I feel like he hit all the right notes, but what are current members saying – in their own words?
Glad you asked.
Anmol Ghotra left the following review on Trustpilot.
“When I joined, I was pleasantly surprised at the community of experienced product managers who want to improve their careers and job search,” Anmol wrote.
“I also loved how organized the first 10 weeks were. I got to meet all the coaches, review the curriculum, and felt as though I had total control over my success.”
Anmol went as far as to say he’d be happy to tell you more about it if you hit him up on LinkedIn.
