FlipSisters Review

FlipSisters

Debbie DeBerry calls herself The Flipstress. I just listened to her pitch for her FlipSisters Community coaching program.

It was awful.

She talks down to us like we’re sitting in high chairs, pureed peas and squash dripping down our chubby wittle cheeks.

Her speech is drawn out and inflated, as if she’s trying to sell the words instead of speak them.

Chick needs to relax – before she pulls a hammy, or blows out her Achilles or something.

Anyways. Read on for The Flipstress reviews.

Why Most Courses Suck

Debbie wants to empower you to confidently start flipping houses in any market. Without a real estate license, construction skills or loads of cash.

Debbie says she’s the house flipping coach for women.

She gets it. Back when she got her real estate license in 2003, her main goal was to become a real estate investor. Problem was, that license didn’t help her one iota.

So she spent the next five years burning thousands of dollars on seminars, classes and courses, trying to piece it all together on her own.

Finally, in 2008, she bought her first flip. Not exactly great timing but she survived the recession, kept at it, and by 2014 was able to walk away from her thriving real estate agent business so she could flip full time.

When her mom passed away in her sleep unexpectedly, Debbie decided she wanted to make an even greater impact.

So she launched the FlipSisters Community.

Today, it’s the #1 house flipping school slash community for women.

“It is 100% designed to help women get started flipping houses in any city, under any market conditions, by focusing on the data and not the drama,” Debbie says.

“By providing expert coaching, knowledge, and a passionate support community, we’ve helped over 1,000 women transform their house flipping dreams into reality,” she adds, wrapping me up in a blanket of buzzwords.

But wait, there’s more:

  • Join a community of like-minded ladies.
  • Get the crucial guidance and support you need.
  • Start and scale your own house flipping business.
  • Flip Sisters helps you overcome your fears and worries.
  • Confidently create the life you’ve always wanted.

I’ve yet to hear how, though, Deb. And no, “data” doesn’t mean anything to me.

Why Most Courses Suck

Details, schmetails, Debbie says. You just gotta trust her.

Once you get in the program, you’ll learn – in a few short weeks – what took her years of trial and error to figure out.

TheFlipstress.com is an all-female company catering exclusively to females who wish to stand out in the male-dominated house flipping space.

If you don’t think that’s different… well, it is, Debbie laughs.

“Not only that,” she says, “but we understand you need genuine knowledgable support.”

Okay, does anyone else feel like they’re suffocating from all this technical twaddle?

Debbie wants to lay three myths to rest:

  1. You don’t need to take on huge financial risk.
  2. You don’t have to have construction experience.
  3. You don’t need to have a real estate license.

“Our goal is to help you gain the knowledge and confidence you need to create and shape the house flipping business you dream about,” Debbie ends with.

“Not anyone else’s vision. Yours. Because ultimately? This is about you.”

FlipSisters Community reportedly costs an eye-watering $8,000.

Several people on Bigger Pockets said they were involved for nearly a year and had yet to do a flip.

They also said their questions often go unanswered, and if you show that you’re struggling in the group, you’ll “have your butt handed to you.”

It’s only Debbie’s fault if you’re successful, I guess.
