Alex Jarbo Reviews

@magicboyjarbo

Alex Jarbo can show ya how to start and scale your short-term rental business and create insane cash flow in the process.

He’s built an eight figure STR biz himself; sees no reason you can’t replicate his success in any market you choose.

But it’s gonna take some work. Don’t think you can just half-ass it for a few weeks and become a millionaire.

Because, and this might scare you off, but Alex actually builds his properties from scratch.

Say what? Yeah. Read on for my Alex Jarbo review.

Why Most Courses Suck

Don’t worry, Alex says.

  • You don’t need any building experience.
  • You don’t need a ton of money.
  • You don’t need to have great design or tech skills.
  • You don’t even need to have a city picked out.

Okay, but still. Why build these things from scratch? Why not just purchase properties or do arbitrage like a normal human, right?

“Well, they simply make more money,” Alex explains.

“I’ve grossed $56,908 just in the last month with the properties that I’ve built myself. And they’re recession-proof,” he adds. “My properties do very well in recessions.”

“And lastly, they made me a millionaire. Just by building these unique properties, they allowed me to become a millionaire before I was even 30.”

“But best of all, this is just fun and it can help ya create the lifestyle you want.”

“The process I use is very simple.”

It looks like so:

  1. Choose a market.
  2. Pick a property style.
  3. Build the property.
  4. Manage it.
  5. Make money.
  6. Repeat.

Alex’s first new build was an itty-bitty A-frame house. Like 830 square-feet.

Did it with no money, no experience, no business plan, no nothing.

After a year on Airbnb, it made Alex about $83k in profit.

That was the impetus for Sargon Investments, his STR development company.

Alex’s unique approach got him featured on dozens of real estate podcasts; he writes for BiggerPockets; he’s pretty well connected with some of the biggest names in the REI guru space.

Why Most Courses Suck

What sells well on the short-term rental sites like Airbnb and Vrbo is two things: memorable markets and properties.

So things like A-frames, tiny houses, cabins, and glamping setups (like yurts and domes) that are by mountains, lakes, beaches, deserts, or something else that’s scenic, right?

If nothing comes to mind, ask yourself: Where do people do like staycations or weekend getaways in your area? Where are they willing to drive an hour or two to visit?

Wherever that is, that’s where you need to be looking.

Makes sense. But that brings up about a bazillionty questions and concerns, doesn’t it?

Like, oh I dunno:

  • How do you even know if it’s legal to build a new property in the space you’re considering?
  • Who do you need to okay it with?
  • What types of permits do you need?
  • Can you offer short-term stays there, or are they cracking down on it?
  • What happens when you build the damn thing and then they change their mind because neighbors complain?
  • How do you get the capital to fund this new build?
  • Who to hire?
  • Isn’t the cost of materials just stupid right now?
  • How do ya stage it? List it? Market it? Manage it? Get it cleaned after people leave?

Breathe. You’re in luck.

Alex spent six months creating his Build Don’t Buy STR Masterclass.

It’ll answer all those questions and more.

There’s checklists, workbooks, a private mastermind, live coaching calls, everything you need to do Airbnb his way.

Cost is $997.

Sorry, but even Martin Luther King Jr. couldn’t convince me I’m capable of building a whole house by myself.

What are my qualifications? Good texter, occasionally napper?
