Christian Moretuzzo is a real estate agent on the west side of the Greater Toronto Area.
He built his brand from the ground up over the last five years. From getting licensed to being recognized as Top 30 Under 30 in all of Canada last year.
He runs his own real estate team and also coaches other agents, showing them how to leverage tech (like TikTok) to earn more commissions.
Before getting into real estate, Christian was a finance and accounting nerd.

“I never dreamed of becoming a real estate agent,” Christian admits.
“It was actually probably one of the furthest things from my mind when I graduated school,” he recalls.
“So, imagine this: I was fresh outta school with my shiny new degree, and I thought I wanted to work in finance for the rest of my life.”
“But there was only one problem: I absolutely despised working in the corporate world.”
“I had little to no control over my work or my income. Every single day, whether I performed good or bad, I would still walk out with the same paycheck.”
Super demotivating. But how was he gonna escape?
Thankfully, his mom talks him into dipping into his savings to throw down on an investment property.
As soon as it started turning a profit, Christian knew real estate was his way out. He was determined to make it work, and that’s exactly what he did.
He boils his success down to three things: knowledge, value and action.
Christian made it his goal to be that guy that straight up knew the most, right? Whether it was investment, pre-construction, luxury real estate, he wanted to know it all.
But as a new agent, just 24 years old, that wasn’t enough.
Clients were looking at him like, “Who’s this kid trying to sell me a million dollar house?”
The solution, of course, was providing a ton of value to each and every client he worked with. That meant giving away all of his insights, tips and tricks he’d worked so hard to learn.
And finally, he executed, right?
Sunrise to sunset, domination guided his ambitions.
Once Christian’s real estate biz blew up, it opened the doors to so many additional income streams. Investing, coaching, vlogging, social media, the list goes on.
“In fact, my passion for video marketing has helped me reach audiences that I never thought would’ve been possible,” he says.
“It’s also helped me market homes in unique ways that I would’ve never thought of if I didn’t get started and take action,” he adds.
“I went from knowing nothing about the industry to working with luxury homes, builders, developers, pre-construction projects, investors, you name it.”
Christian truly believes real estate’s an amazing field that has a little something for everybody.
How can you follow in his footsteps?
Obviously, if you wanna be in sales, you gotta get licensed.
From there, you need systems and mentorship.
“Without systems,” Christian explains, “you can’t scale. And without scaling, you can’t grow. You don’t have a business.”
“The other part,” he says, “is mentorship.”
“To all my aspiring or struggling realtors out there, I highly recommend that you find yourself a mentor.”
