Stacy Rossetti Reviews

Storage Nerd

Stacy Rossetti looks like she’s about to hand me a sheet of paper full of numbers and ask me to find the mean, median, and mode.

And if me and Brandon don’t stop laughing about how his Beretta was “sure purring” over the weekend while we cruised the strip looking for chicks and peeled out after every red light, we’ll both get another detention.

God I miss the simpler times and my high school homies, just not the homework. I wonder what ever happened to B-Money?

Sorry, this is about Stacy Rossetti and her $15,000 StorageNerds Legacy Membership.

Keep reading for my review.

Why Most Courses Suck

So yeah.

Stacy teaches people how to invest in self storage.

She’s got all kinds of stuff you can buy:

  • Deal Analyzer 4.0 for $497
  • StorageNerds Funding Them Virtual Bootcamp for $1,000
  • Super Simple Self Storage Online Course for $1,997
  • StorageNerds Turnkey Acquisitions (cost not listed)
  • StorageNerds Legacy Membership for $15,000 (and no refunds)

Let’s skinny-dip into that last one, shall we?

I noticed Stacy sneakily keeps the “doors closed” for this coaching program at all times.

You’re asked to “Get on the Waitlist now.”

But don’t worry, “Stacy will start taking applications soon.”

I’m not saying it’s fake scarcity and a way to dodge listing the price (which I found in the Terms of Service), but I’m not not saying it either.

Here’s my guess.

A few days after you join the waitlist, a spot will magically open up.

But you have to buy now or it’s going to the next person in line.

None of this is to say Stacy’s a scammer or anything like that. Just don’t be fooled by the “Nerd” branding – she’s a shark in disguise.

But yeah.

Legacy is for anyone wanting their hand held as they buy and manage self-storage complexes.

Here’s what you get:

  • As many 1-on-1 coaching calls with Stacy as you need
  • Two virtual masterminds each month featuring student case studies and guest speakers
  • One Facility Owner mastermind each month (once you do, in fact, own a facility)
  • In-person bootcamps held quarterly
  • Group coaching calls every Wednesday
  • Private Facebook Group
  • Templates, documents, and scripts

Vetting storage deals, financing, accounting, tax strategies, security cameras, break-ins, other challenges – it’s all covered.

Facility In Georgia
Why Most Courses Suck

It’s a stacked offer – almost too much.

I feel like I’d need a virtual assistant just to keep track of what I’m supposed to be attending and when.

But Stacy walks the walk and seems knowledgable, so it’s probably excellent mentoring.

It’s just too bad it costs a small fortune.

Her students, however, don’t seem to mind.

Here are some Storage Nerds reviews:

  • Arman highly recommends Stacy’s mastermind, highlighting how helpful she was when he was starting his self-storage business. She guided him through his first deal and assisted with funding, connections, and more. He now owns three facilities.
  • Jerry acquired a small facility in a small town thanks to Stacy’s Turnkey Acquisitions program. He said he couldn’t have done it himself.
  • Jude followed Stacy’s steps to the T and acquired a 104-unit self-storage complex on a giant plot of land that’s perfect for expansion.
  • Heather completed her first deal under Stacy’s guidance and looks forward to building her own self-storage empire.
  • Jay gave Stacy a shout-out and recommended her training to someone seeking self-storage coaching on BiggerPockets – impressive, considering that site is notoriously where people like to complain about gurus and their pricey programs.

Alright, fine. What can I say?

After all my skepticism, Stacy won me over.

A comeback rivaled only by Crocs.

That, or capris, which I hear are now back in style.

I mean… really, people? Everyone knows the three-quarter pant was only invented to out-gay the turtleneck.
