Peaceful Profits Reviews

Mike Headphones

Michael Shreeve Jr. walks into a library in downtown Portland back in 2007, tells the librarian, “So yeah, I’m homeless and I need to make money. Any ideas?” She points him to some books on ghostwriting, copywriting, and business.

“Hold my cardboard sign,” I imagine Mike saying, before devouring said books.

That eventually led to freelance writing, which led to a roof over his head.

After working for some of his personal heroes, helping them create and launch books, Mike stepped out from behind the scenes to teach and assist other business owners.

Read on for my Peaceful Profits review.

Why Most Courses Suck

Mike’s served thousands of authors through ghostwriting, book marketing, publishing, and consulting.

He’s sold over a million copies of his own books and several times that for his clients.

He takes client confidentiality very seriously. Even if he was staring down the barrel of a Smith & Wesson, he wouldn’t admit he helped you with your book.

Pretty cool, considering one of his clients hit the No. 1 spot on all of Amazon recently. Read that again. Not just a small category, but the whole-ass store. 30,000+ copies sold in something like three hours.

Damn. If that were me, I’d bust out the robot and hit the haters with a bibbidi bobidi boop.

But yeah.

Think of Peaceful Profits as the people behind the curtains, making sure your message takes center stage – and making you plenty of money along the way.

Like it did for:

  • Mel Robbins with The 5 Second Rule
  • Brendon Burchard with High-Performance Habits
  • Tony Robbins with Unshakeable
  • John C. Maxwell with The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership
  • Zig Ziglar with Secrets of Closing the Sale
  • Jim Rohn with 7 Strategies for Wealth & Happiness

All are book clients Mike’s taking credit for – who apparently don’t mind him making that public.

Which is… odd. Joe Blow wants it kept secret, but Mel doesn’t? Hmm.

Did you happen to watch that Martha Stewart documentary on Netflix?

Mike’s the male version of her. This is nitpicky, but my one critique so far is that his shit’s almost too perfect. Like, what are you hiding?

Why Most Courses Suck

Then again, to be fair, maybe there’s a reason Mike’s so polished. It’s because writing a book works.

Whether you’re trying to become a household name yourself, land speaking gigs, give a TED Talk, appear on top podcasts, funnel people into your $5,000 coaching program – or all the above – having your name on a book is a proven way to make it happen.

Either way, every project that comes through Peaceful Profits gets personally reviewed by Flannels himself.

Not that his team can’t hold their own.

One of his writers has been published in The New York Times. Another’s got a master’s degree from Stanford. There’s even a former attorney turned ghostwriter – plus PhDs, teachers, and coaches ready to step in.

When it comes to quality and experience, no competitor can hang, Mike says.

Assuming he’s telling the truth, it’s hard to argue. While most companies outsource to the cheapest freelancer they can find, Peaceful Profits has assembled the goddamn literary equivalent of the Avengers.

If you’re serious about writing a book, they’ve got two options for you.

Done-With-You Authorship Coaching + Launch Training:

  • They’ll guide you through creating your first draft.
  • You write, they give feedback.
  • After that, they’ll handle the editing, design, and formatting.
  • Plus, they’ll teach you how to launch it for maximum sales.
  • It’s more affordable, but way more work, obviously.

Or there’s Done-For-You Ghostwriting + Launch:

  • Mike interviews you and turns your insights into a bestselling book.
  • He captures your personality, brilliance, and ideas better than any ghostwriter or AI tool ever could.
  • They do everything: editing, formatting, creating your audiobook, and even printing paperback copies.
  • They’ll launch your book and help you get your first sales.
  • It’s really easy for you, but it’s pricey and spots are limited.

Mike swears they don’t use any artificial intelligence (wink, wink) and that your results are guaranteed – but never quite clarifies what that actually means.

Peaceful Profits costs anywhere from $15,000 to $50,000+, depending on the package.

Any complaints?

Nothing on the BBB.

There’s a 1-star Trustpilot review calling Mike “a pure scam,” claiming his courses are old, useless, and ineffective.

Then there’s a Reddit post saying he’s a con artist who floods the internet with self-promotion and only makes money hawking high-ticket programs and services.

Isn’t that Reddit’s take on everyone, though?
