Kristin Binford Reviews

Pathfinder Program

Kristin Binford wears those pants like a koala clings to its favorite eucalyptus tree.

She’s a wedding venue owner who books 100+ weddings a year.

Whether you’re an aspiring or established venue owner, whether you wanna host a handful of weddings each year… or so damn many you can’t see straight?

KB’s got you covered like SPF 50 on a sunny day.

And no, you don’t need the newest, shiniest software, or texting automation, or some snobby ad agency that charges a kidney and a spleen to spam brides-to-be on Facebook and Instagram for ya.

Read on for my Kristin Binford review.

Why Most Courses Suck

It doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive to grow your wedding venue business, Kristin pinky promises.

  • You can attract amazing, ideal couples.
  • Increase your booking ratio to between 40-80%.
  • Help people understand your value, not just your pricing.
  • Build an incredible team that pays for itself, and then some.
  • And get nights and weekends back – to spend with your loved ones.

No need to book bridezillas, burn yourself out, and resort to day drinking because CRM this and drip campaign that and, wait, we spent how much on marketing last month?

When Kristin’s son was young, he had some extra needs. She wanted to be there for him.

Because of this, she couldn’t possibly do everything at the venue herself. This forced her to innovate from the beginning.

A decade later, she’s built a thriving business that serves hundreds of happy couples and only requires about 10 hours of her time each week.

So dunk that in Nutella and eat it.

Sure, the market has shifted since the pandemic. Everyone’s jumping in. It’s more crowded, it’s harder to stand out.

So it’s not enough to wait it out and assume next year will be better.

The actions you take today affect your bookings 8, 12, 24 months from now. Right?

But it’s not about looking for a silver bullet, either.

There’s no “one thing” you’re gonna do that’s gonna blast your business into the stratosphere. Not until you fix all your upstream problems, anyway.

So, like:

  • Are you in the right market?
  • Are you priced correctly?
  • Are you reaching enough people?
  • Is your messaging dialed?
  • Do you have a point of differentiation?

And so on and so forth. Right?

Why Most Courses Suck

Look, the old strategies aren’t enough anymore.

You can’t just build it and they will come.

Or pay for a spot in a wedding directory and wait for the phone to ring.

Or run paid ads talking about their “dream wedding,” then slap your prices on your website, and hope people fill out the little intake form.

Nor can you just hire a unicorn employee and expect them to figure it all out.

News flash: if you are not one-half of a young, engaged couple, you are not your ideal client. Stop guessing, stop answering your own questions.

“Success in a highly competitive market starts with a much more strategic evaluation of the marketplace and the needs of the clients you actually want to book,” Kristin explains.

“We don’t create demand as business owners. That means, the better we are at finding and filling demand, and creating a scalable business model, the faster we can grow.”

“And the longer we can stay relevant and maintain market share,” she adds.

“This is a major factor in our ability to keep 150 to 180 weddings booked in the future at any given time. That long runway is everything in this business,” she emphasizes.

Kristin sells a coaching program called The Venue Accelerator to help you navigate this tricky terrain like a pro.

Cost is hidden. Book a call to learn more.

But I think Kristin walks her talk in knee-high Balenciaga boots.

Plus, her website’s practically bursting at the seams with glowing Venue Accelerator reviews.

So if you’re trying to make moves in the wedding venue space, it’s worth considering.
